Patrycja is a Senior Associate in the Disputes Resolution team in our Warsaw Office since the beginning of 2024.

She is experienced in providing legal assistance to businesses and individuals before common courts, arbitral tribunals and the Supreme Court. She advises on commercial law including litigation to clients from a variety of sectors, such as energy, banking, railways, transportation, telecommunications, IT, food, and publishing. 

Patrycja provides comprehensive dispute resolution assistance in pre-trial and in-court negotiations and mediation, devises litigation strategies, represents clients before common courts and arbitral tribunals in all manner of cases including interim relief and enforcement proceedings. 

Her experience also includes drafting legal opinions and analysing commercial contracts.

  • Representing a packaging company in a number of disputes involving compensation claims arising from breaches of statutory obligations, corporate governance and compliance policies by members of the authorities.
  • Representing an energy sector company in dozens of precedent-setting disputes before common courts and an arbitration court arising against the background of the invalidity of long-term framework sales contracts.
  • Providing legal services to real estate companies in a series of corporate disputes over the validity of resolutions on €400 million worth of investments.
  • Representing an energy sector company in a court dispute regarding compensation claims related to the violation of representations and warranties in SPA.
  • Representing a company from the telecommunications sector in a dispute regarding compensation for an unfair competition act on the telecommunications market.
