Marianne Smith is an Associate in the legacy claims team based in our Glasgow office since July 2017.
She has worked in the insurance litigation sector for over 9 years and has a background in dealing with a wide range of EL, PL and road traffic claims. She has specialised in disease claims resolution since 2017.
Marianne acts for the majority of legacy insurers and reinsurers in the UK and has an in depth knowledge of the law and the practicalities involved in this area. She has vast experience in handling claims in the All Scotland Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session.
