Michael Roman has a range of experience representing individuals and corporations in general civil litigation. He has handled a variety of matters involving many types of claims and issues, including:

His practice has recently focused in biometric privacy, employment law, and personal injury litigation, in which has obtained several favorable judgments and settlements in high exposure matters on behalf of clients.
