Since joining the firm, Kate has been primarily involved in litigation relating to medical malpractice, professional indemnity, public injury, and insurance law.
She has acted for insurers, private hospital groups, specialist medical professionals, local authorities and professionals in the financial services industry and the building sector.
Kate has obtained a BSc degree in Human Life Science and Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch, as well as an LLB degree from the University of Cape Town. She majored in physiology, genetics and biochemistry in her BSc Degree, equipping her with relevant knowledge and expertise applicable to medical malpractice law.
