Fei's areas of practice include advising on finance and energy transactions with a special focus on transport (ship, aircraft and rail), energy projects including investments in oil and gas exploration and development, LNG and gas production, transportation and procurement , and development and operation of petrochemical complex and power projects. She has many years of experience acting as outside counsel for commercial corporations and financial institutions.

She is recommended by leading legal directories including Who’s Who Legal, Chambers Global, Chambers Asia Pacific and Legal 500.   • Acted for a corporate client on setting up LNG sales and marketing joint venture and LNG receiving terminal joint venture and a long-term LNG SPA
  • Acted for a Chinese bank in relation to the provision of multiple loans to Chinese telecom equipment manufacturers for the development and construction of a major cable and telecoms project overseas
  • Acted for a group of five city gas companies based in Greater Bay Area on LNG procurement including spot cargo trading and a long-term LNG SPA, followed by the drive made by the Chinese Central Government to open up the access to Chinese LNG receiving terminals to third parties
  • Acted for a substantial power group based in Greater Bay Area on multiple master and sale agreements (for LNG spot cargoes) and sale of gas back to back to LNG spot cargo trading and a long-term LNG SPA
