Ruth Graham

Ruth Graham has been a partner with us for over 30 years and works closely with our transport and regulatory teams in Liverpool, Cardiff, London, Belfast and Edinburgh.

Her expertise lies in catastrophic injury claims arising out of bus, coach, and haulage accidents at home and abroad. Specialising in amputee claims, Ruth also deals with claims arising out of private car accidents and casualty claims.  

She has a special interest in the insurance implications of driverless cars, buses and coaches. Particularly, in their involvement in accidents in the future.

A member of both our amputee special interest group and our national motor practice group, Ruth is also a member of the Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT). Ruth was a finalist in the Women in Insurance Lawyer of the Year Awards 2020.
