Rosalind is a Senior Associate in the Insurance, Financial & Professional Disputes team in London.
Rosalind has considerable experience of defending clients faced with professional liability claims, including law firms, barristers, and property professionals. She has advised on complex, high value, and high-profile disputes arising out of a diverse range of subject matters, including residential and commercial property transactions, valuations and projects, lost litigation, corporate and commercial matters, and private client work.
She has also acted for both claimant and defendant clients in relation to general commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims and company disputes. In addition to civil litigation, Rosalind has experience of alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation.
Rosalind has additionally advised on technology and media claims and cyber and data protection matters. In 2016, she was seconded to the firm’s San Francisco office where she worked in the Technology, Privacy and Media, Data Breach and Professional Liability teams.
She has authored articles and presented to clients on topics such as technology and cyber risks for professionals.
