Heather Gray is a senior partner at Clyde & Co in Toronto. She has acted as coverage counsel to both domestic and London-based insurers for over 20 years. Heather regularly provides coverage advice and litigation support to her insurer clients in a broad range of areas, including public and private directors’ and officers’ insurance, EPL, E&O, fidelity, and CGL. In addition, she specializes in issues affecting the insurance industry, from provincial regulatory matters and intermediary licensing to product design and development. Heather’s experience with coverage, wording and claims enables her to provide unique insight to her insurance industry clients.

Heather continues to be selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers™ in Canada in the field of insurance law. She was also selected for inclusion in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in the “Litigation: Commercial Insurance” category and is a winner of the Lexology Client Choice Award for Insurance.
