Joanna specialises in medical malpractice, regulatory and disciplinary proceedings for healthcare professionals. Joanna advises on a broad range of proceedings against medical professionals, with particular expertise in advising GPs and private consultants.

Joanna has 20 years’ experience in advising healthcare professionals and their medical defence organisations and insurers. Joanna specialises in medical malpractice claims and advises healthcare professionals in disciplinary and regulatory proceedings, related Inquests, Inquiries and criminal proceedings.

Joanna has extensive experience in advising GPs and private consultants in all proceedings, having advised a number of healthcare professionals facing multi-layered proceedings, as well as managing high profile, multi-party, complex and high value claims. She also lectures and delivers training to public and private sector clients.
