Christina has worked in medical negligence litigation for over 10 years. She qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined our Manchester team in 2021. Christina has acted for Defendants in maximum severity birth injury claims, claims concerning spinal injuries and wrongful birth claims. She has also acted for Defendants in sensitive claims concerning fatalities, as well as multi-party actions.

- Regularly represents NHS Trusts in respect of high value, maximum severity birth injury claims
- Has resolved a number of high value and complex adult and paediatric claims concerning patients who have suffered spinal injuries, including settlements where damages are paid via periodical payments
