Prior joining Clyde & Co, Wala has worked as a Legal Advisor at a semi-government organisation where she has assisted with advising on investment projects, transforming into a non-profit organisation and Labour Law matters. She has also represented the organisation before the Board of Grievances and the Labour Court.

She has obtained both her LLB with International Relations (honours) degree and the LLM in laws from UK.

Wala is a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
