There are significant opportunities for businesses, and I look forward to supporting clients with their corporate matters.”

Gasant’s arrival will further boost the strength of Clyde & Co’s global corporate & advisory practice. The global practice has a solid reputation for advising on and managing complex, cross-jurisdictional transactions in mature and emerging markets.

Clyde & Co is one of the largest international law firms operating in Africa, with experience working across more than 50 different African countries. The firm has been active in the region for over 20 years, advising on complex multi-jurisdictional transactions that include some of the continent’s largest infrastructure and energy projects.
