Clyde & Co acted as lead counsel to Babilou Group on all aspects of the acquisition, including carrying out a legal due diligence exercise, drafting and negotiating a business and asset purchase agreement and other related transaction documents, as well as assisting with completion and post-completion matters. Clyde & Co has previously advised Babilou Group on a number of acquisitions in the UAE.

The company started its journey in the Middle East in 2014 and currently operates 23 nurseries across the UAE. Bright Kids Nurseries is an early learning group with 6 branches in the UAE.
